Activating SIM never loads, what to do?

I really wanted to join fizz especially after my good friend told me how great it was. I received my SIM, logged in and input my activation code on the activation screen, when I click "Save" it just loads forever. I tried multiple times and on all my devices. What kind of website is this that forces you to post to a forum for help when no one is around to even help you?

Disable your ad-blocker. Do a hard refresh and see if that helps.

Sometimes waiting helps. I don't understand why that does.

There's a suggested work around in this post. I guess you're not the only one having that problem today.

At the moment the only quick fix seems to be: create a new account with a different email address and activate it on the new account.
Also make sure you've confirmed your email by clicking on the link that was sent to you.8 -
Just a thought... you should not be publicly posting your activation code.9
