Ordered an express SIM card. Nothing ever arrived.

So yesterday I ordered the SIM card with the express shipping, which is 2 hours. A day later, nothing arrived, there’s no way to contact Fizz, no email, no chat bubble, no phone number. My order has no status on it and the expected delivery time is blank. I live in Toronto and I wanted to receive my SIM card while I was in Montreal since they don’t ship to Toronto. Now I’m leaving this afternoon and I don’t have the SIM card. First impression with this business is not very strong.

It does seem they aren't very upfront on the fact that you must live in Ottawa and Montreal to use their service. Even on their coverage map it is in the fine print that you can't hold a subscription in anywhere other than those two locations. This looked (and was presented) as a viable alternative to the big three, but it is not.10
