Email said sim card delivered but have not received it
Received an email at 10:20 AM today which says the sim card has been delivered. Now it is 5:37 PM, still have not received it. How can I ask Fizz to double check/resend it? p.s. there is no chat button on any Fizz webpage in Chrome.
It should be in your mail box. They deliver it to your home using purolator.
It's not through Canada Post (so don't look inside the canada post mail box). It should be at your door.
Thank you Jeyananthan S.. Unfortunately, it is not in the mailbox/at door. There is no notification from Procurator or Canada Post neither. No tracking # was provided in Fizz's emails, and thus there is no way to follow up directly with the courier.
To be honest, I did not expect this kind of logistic issue, i.e. sending the sim card with a courier while not providing the customer a tracking # does not make any sense.

M. Same situation here.
Why Purolator? Its the worst carrier in the world. And no tracking number.... IT really start to give me shivers if i switch to Fizz or not now...
The courier might stick it in the window - keep your eyes peeled.
