Stopped receiving all SMS in Ottawa west as of Sunday evening

Anyone else stopped receiving all incoming sms in Ottawa west end since Sunday?
Had SMS issues since launch but had been working well for the week before Sunday.
Big let down

  Mine were down for a while and resumed this evening after raising a ticket this morning
