How much is it to send a text to an international number?

Interesting question!! Nowhere on Fizz website mentions SMS coverage, I suspect it is international. If you have a friend overseas who can help you, send a test SMS and ask your friend if SMS arrived.
Fizz is prepaid. Unless you add money into your "Wallet", there won't be any money taken from you. In the service contract of my data only plan, there is a line on $0.05/msg.

I texted my friend overseas and he was able to get my text. I have 5$ in my wallet, after sending the text that amount didn't change.
Conclusion: Eather the wallet counter doesn't work, or International texting is included in the unlimited plan. We have to wait for Fizz to update the website for a definitive answer.10 -

For myself, now I'm sure that Fizz SMS is international. Fizz's "major competitors" do offer International SMS. We are in Beta, there's a lot left for Fizz to do, but Wallet/counter being wrong . . . . . . ha ha!!!
Let's hope the $0.05/msg(Int'l SMS) will remain the same after Beta (local call is $0.25/min)!!

It is becoming industry standard to have sms as international and free (ie pricing built in); it cost less than a hundredth of a cent to send a sms.
