Hello, Fizz,
SIM card was was thrown in lobby by delivery company, got stolen!
The delivery company asked me to contact you for a new one.
Please send by Canada Post into my mailbox please, I need it ASAP because I just stopped plan with my carrier.

    We are users here in the forum.
    Unfortunately Fizz delivers only with Planète courrier delivery company in the Montreal region. You can buy a sim card in one of the participating Couche Tard to avoid this situation again. Call before you go there to make sure they have stock.

  • I feel like the delivery company should be held liable. You should have kept your old plan so you could have kept your same number.

    Sorry your SIM card was stolen.

    You will need to order another SIM card and pick it up as soon as you receive a delivery notice. Or If they have a problem with your address, you can give the address of a family member or friend nearby.

    For quicker access, you can also pick up a SIM card at Coop UQAM or Couche-Tard in the Montreal area: https://fizz.ca/en/sim-card#stores (call ahead to be sure they have it in stock).

    The missing SIM card will be refunded once you have activated the second SIM card. You must contact support for this.

    To contact support by chat from 8 am to 9 pm

    1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
    2- Any ad blocker in your browser must be disabled.

    Sorry about your stolen card.
    You can also get a new card at a participating Couche-Tard. (call before you got to see if they have in stock).
    Once this new card is activated, you can ask Fizz for a refund of the first card. To contact Fizz for this, log into your Fizz account.
    Make your way to the Solution Hub.
    On the help page pertaining to your issue, click on the chat bubble located in the lower right-hand corner.
    The chat service is available every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST. The chat bubble won’t appear outside of these business hours.
