    try to see if you modify the call forward

    If you are not able to login try to reset the PIN

    Modify your access code (PIN) directly via your voicemail, or online from your Fizz account (Under: My Plans > Manage My Plan > Advanced Settings > PIN to Access Your Voicemail).

    If you tried all of this, contact the support. Since you already check that the voicemail is included with your plan, you pay for it. Did you try to call it from an other phone?

    You can contact Fizz support by chat for help, from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:

    1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
    2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
    3- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-can-I-access-and-use-my-voicemail
    4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

    If the chat bubble does not appear, this means that the number of sessions waiting for our answers surpasses our processing capacity. If that happens, send us a private message via Facebook Messenger or Twitter.

    Ester some settings in your phone? Do you have paid for the voicemail in your plan? Check in your fizz account.
    If nothing helped contact Fizz Chat with Fizz.
    To chat without problem:
    First, connect you to your fizz account.
    Then contact them at: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-payment-methods-can-i-use
    Wait a few seconds to see the green chat bubble down to the right of the page.
    When you see it, click on it.
    Your chat session begins with Fizz

    did you try to call with anonymous or using another phone

    Can you try calling the number directly 1-514-647-0999? Does it work?

    You can also try calling your number from another phone
    - When you don't answer, does your call transfer to voicemail?
    .
    You can also try calling the same voicemail number (1-514-647-0999) from another phone
    - Enter your Fizz phone number. Can you access your voicemail?
    .
    The above tests and results will help determine the source of the issue.
