Payment issue already updated my payment method and still not appear the make your monthly payment?

I just update my payment method but still not apper the "make your monthly payment", there is no option to make the payment

    Did you associated the new payment method to the plan?

    And look under your payment, click on manage plan

    You have to go into Manage Plan.
    You have 2 places to update your card
    1. your account
    2. your plan

    Santiago, go back to Manage plan. Do you see the option now?

    If it doesn't work, here's how to contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
    1- Connect to your Fizz account (if you have more than one, connect to the one that has the problem) by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
    2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue
    3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
