This is bad, it is from fizz to Rogers or the other way around?
If it from Fizz to Rogers contact Fizz support
Are you sure that it is a legit call? Do not give any information.7 -
            It’s from Rogers to Fizz5

Call Roger's support and ask to block the transfer and add a pin or any other lock
Do not give any information on incoming calls the number that it is shown can be easily modified6 -
Contact rogers to understand whats happening4

Cntact Rogers to advise them of the problem to prevent someone from accesing your info.3

            Hi Contact directly Fizz.
And contact anti-fraud center, equifax, transunion and your credit card company to add notes to your credit folder.
Have a nice day3 -
Your best bet is to call Rogers to have them stop and also notify Fizz that this is happening and that it is not you trying to transfer. Good luck!1
