    Unfotunately, someone seems to have stolen your sim card.
    If you are living in Montreal, you can directly buy a Fizz sim card in a Couche-Tard.
    When you have it, call the Fizz support and ask for a refund of your Fizz sim card not received.
    Fizz chat is available from 8h00 to 21h00.
    Connect you to your Fizz account.
