Fizz the ISP provider in 2020?
Olivier R. #3666
As you know fizz is on Vidéotron câble Network,. Did you think Fizz is the best quality/ price on the market?
code de référence: YJRSP, referral code: YJRSP
Fizz's plans are unlimited
and their network is efficient and stable.
And you can get 3 perks of rebate and save monthly.
For this reason,
I think Fizz offers more than theirs competitors.
Honestly, I don't think so. Since we cannot advertise for other company, just tell yourself that there is no place where you can talk with a real person. If you ever have a credit card problem, you may be missing internet for bad payment ... If you find that it is not important, then yes Fizz may be the best value for money. But it is not for everyone.

I would say yes!
I would think so
I think its the best price for the quality but pure Fibe is the best

It was about time Videotron did something.. I was with them before and switched to Teksavvy (which uses Videotron's network) because it was half the price for 4 times the data and unlimited at night. Now that they came out with Fizz, they offer the best deal (for my area at least) being unlimited all the time at a reasonable price. It's true that if support is needed it may be more challenging but who doesn't have a mobile phone with data they can use to reach support if Internet is down. I can't tell about response time though since I didn't need to use support; all went smoothly since day one and the Videotron Tech who came did a great job at verifying the cable from end to end and putting new connectors everywhere.
I would'nt know but I sure think that they are on to something...
It's different, new, maybe reaches a youger crowd. It encourages exchanges and mutual aid.
You have to do things yourself and it's all online. Sure isn't for everybody but personnaly I like it.
Not sure i'm answering your question tho... XD sorry!. I only have Fizz for my phone... I don't have the internet!
I've already moved 3 phone lines to Fizz paying for all three what most people pay for one.Signal quality is on par with the big providers in Montreal and that data rolling is amazing.
I didn't sign up for internet during the promotional prices and I regret it since as I think that now is a bit expensive comparing with the competition.
Interesting to see what will happen when the 2 years upgrades will start to wear out.

It is definitely great for people who know at least the basics about tech stuff and are able to fix some basic problems on their own before turning to support. I wouldn't recommend it to someone who is clueless since they don't have tech support that they can reach on the phone.
It s not the cheapest but the quality is good.
So if you re comparing price/ quality
yea it is good.
Not for everyone but good quality and price
I really think the no phone support thing is overblown. We use text for everything else in life and Fizz customer service is fast and efficient and beats waiting on hold for 30 minutes.
Hoping that Fizz will launch a compelling competitor to Bell’s Alt TV in 2020.

I think Fizz, whether for phone or internet, is for more tek savvy-ish people. But it is a great company.

not best quality or service. All depends on your need and the plan you choose. For certain plan, maybe the price difference is not much compare to other provider. Also, certain provider even match the price of Fizz to keep you from switching
