Data unworking but charged on Mexico?

I added a five dollar data on my Wallet and couldnt use it anywhere in Baja California ! I wouldn’t mind but I am pissed since I am travelling alone in Mexico. On fizz web site they say I went over my 1gb but wasnt able to open anything for the past 24 hrs
How to get reimbursed and have something actually working ?
