Hi,
I need to update my new credit card number but it may take more than 72 hours as the RBC bank sent my new card to an old address (God knows why some folks are so incompetent).
Is there any way to delay payment without suspending my internet. Can I make a payment by debit? Can I pay through a commercial VISA bought in a store?
