Same here, although I didn't get an error, I didn't receive any acknowledgement from Fizz. Only the loan agreement from Paybright. I'm going to wait 24hrs, then I'm going to contact them.

Be careful when swapping upgrades... it seems that it takes one cycle to remove an upgrade, and another to add its replacement.
