Hey, I am unsure if you can refer someone as of now. I remember fizz turning off the refer a friend at the start of the stabilization period. I do still think that the fees we are paying right now are still the stabilization fees. But I am pretty sure you can refer anyone throughout Canada as a whole. US im not sure.
