I just discovered something: before i had around 130 too. Recently, i plugged the modem to a power bar that is connected to a UPS, and my speed was around 90. I just connected the modem directly to UPS, and now the speed is around 130. Thank you all for your answer

This is the final conclusion: There's a problem with the chat button on that Help/status page in English. That works when i switched language to French! Nothing wrong on my side!

Very weird! I tried that several times and so far that does NOT work, but that works through FAQ. I cleared cache , keep cookies, and that does not help either.

Fizz support You don't have phone number, you ask us to use chat to get help, but your chat does NOT WORK!!! If you have nobody available to chat with customer, please let us know at least in order to try later, instead of letting us in the blank!!!!

Let's say there're 10 employees in Fizz chat support group and they are all busy with 10 customers. What happens to 11th customer when the chat button is clicked ? I presume that nothing happens because nobody available to chat! Only Fizz support can confirm my theory.

I believe that when nobody available for chatting from fizz support group, customers will have the same problem : nothing happens when chat button is clicked.

when i clicked Adjust plan, it showed several plans, and the new price at the bottom. I clicked Save, and it gave me an error message " you didn't change your plan, nothing to save!!!!"

Fizz support told me that i don't need to do that, just "edit my plan" with the same speed and the new price will apply. Fizz support did that for me and i did nothing! Thank you Fizz support!!!

Please answer me ONLY if you have a windows 10, and iPad (5th generation or plus): run speedtest on pc with wifi, 5Ghz, on chrome run speedtest on iPad, wifi 5Ghz, on chrome my plan is 120/20 for download speed: windows = from 60 to 100, ipad = around 135 could you post your results here, thanks.
