I am having the same issue. Received the email and tried to add a TV plan but nothing when i click on the "Build my plan" button. I was having a chat with a colleague at work yesterday and he has been able to choose channels and even watch it. It is working for some people… FIzz i hope you will do something about that… :)

Hello @RGS Hope all the steps above helped you. I went to Ireland and got kind of the same problem you mentioning, sometimes you can try manually to connect to others available networks to see if you get any Data connection ( of course Roaming has to be allowed :-) )
