I have tangerine mc and it doesn’t count as recurrent, it only recognizes it as “tv, phone & internet”. I thought it was because the amount were not consistent so I went back to check when I was with Telus, even when the monthly payments were not always exactly the same, tangerine always considered it as recurring bill…

I woke up today with no internet too. Turned out that my modem passed away peacefully in the middle of the night. Contacted fizz via the chat bubble, they scheduled a technician for today and he came in the afternoon with a new modem. I’m all good now and impressed by he service!

I almost had a similar experience. Apparently the guy called me before to check if I was home. Since I wasn’t expecting a call I didn’t pick up and he was going to leave and return the modem. Luckily he came back and rang the doorbell this time and that’s when he asked me why didn’t I pick up...
