Les forfaits ont doublés depuis que l’internet résidentiel n’est plus en phase bêta. Pour le 10$ de plus, est-ce que vous avez une image de la page de payment?

Quand vous vous connectez sur le site de Fizz, sous mon profil, cliquer sur méthode de payment. Vous devriez avoir l’option de supprimer chacune des cartes à leur droite.

Like @Sergio said. Ask them to call you for the code or use authenticator apps. Fizz is still working on fixing that. Apparently they have to do each service one by one...

@Mike people that try using a referral code when signing up get an error message telling them they can’t use referral codes during the stabilization period.

I also had issues like that on my first day. It became normal after a couple hours and now it even goes a bit faster than the 60/10 I’m supposed to get.

If you just transferred your number, it might happen until your number gets ported. You’ll get an email when it’s done.

On your account page, under overview, scroll down to Mobile or home internet plans and click on Get Started. It might only give you the option to activate a new SIM for now, but keep trying once in a while. Many users have reported getting the option for internet eventually.

In the settings app > messages > Send as SMS. Toggle that on and it’ll send through text message when not on wifi.
