Only do a reset if you have a problem. If it works, don't touch it.

I suppose you are using the wifi? Try doing a speed test with an ethernet connection. I had drop and delays the first 2 weeks but been fine since then. Ttry a factory reset on the modem I think that is what worked for me.

You are talking about your Visa credit card right? You mean fizz is not taking your credit card number? If so, be sure to write the right expiration date (month and year). Can you post a screenshot of the problem?

I have 30 mbps for home internet and I get 29-31 with speedtest.net. I had some drops the first week but looks good since that.

I just did that for my new apartment. My mobile plan stayed the same they are two different contract don't worry about it. Have a good one!

I have the same problem, I can't reschedule and it's been more than 24 hours. Fizz is fine when it works. Nightmare when you have problems since they can't even change an address error in my case and i'm stuck in this mess. Will not recommend fizz anymore

I have the same problem. The login on the community page redirect me to fizz.ca and other times it works. It is probably a problem with fizz website. For me, clearing the cache does the trick. I can log in, but need to try multiple times. We should ask for a fix!

Internet services needs to be canceled by the user. Or you can double up your connection, if that's what you want.
