Can anyone assist?You need to contact Fizz customer service via the chat bubble to have the limit reset. The chat bubble is usually found in the bottom right corner of the Fizz website during business hours (8 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST). If the chat bubble doesn't appear, try a different browser, disable ad-blockers, or contact them through Facebook Messenger or Twitter. https://fizz.ca/en/support
