Are you sure, your new payment cycle started today? Does it say 30 days to next cycle?
Previously, customers were told that they couldn't and had to wait another month, but that's a few months in the past, so by all means, give it a try via the customer chat. Especially, if you have proof that the plan change was acknowledged by Fizz.
In the past, all the notifications about plan changes came by email and online Fizz notification centre though. So, I'm little puzzled that you got it via text message.0 -

Sorry to hear that you had issues with the plan change order.
I verified your account and saw that you placed a new order ,which should take effect on the 30th of September.
