I am sorry to hear that.
Please restart your phone. If that will not resolve the issue, make sure your device is configured to automatically select the Fizz mobile network. The steps for enabling your device to automatically select a network varies depending on the type of phone. I would also recomment resetting the network settings.
To reset network settings on an Android device, go to Settings > System (or General Management) > Reset options > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth (or Reset network settings) and confirm the action.
To reset network settings on an iPhone or iPad, navigate to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Rest assured, this action will not reset your phone.If the issue persists, please contact our support agents : https://fizz.ca/en/support
