Phone return

I bought an iPhone 15 That I decided to go back to fizz because it arrived too late
However, I have sent the phone to you since June 3 and until today I have no news.
The tracking number shows that it is well delivered and since then I have no news.
I am really stressed because on your policy it is written that the return process is 5 to 7 working days and the deadline is largely exceeded.
