Can’t make any calls in my coverage area

I have Québec coverage, but I can’t make any calls to Quebec numbers!
It says my plans doesn’t allow me to complete the call!
Can someone please help me?

    Try to call your cell with a land line to see if your sim is working.
    After put your cell in airplane mode for 30 sec and back on.
    If it does not work reboot your phone.

    You could also try your sim in another phone to see if it is your cell or fizz that is the problem.
    If you still have problem try support

    10:00 to 18:00 weekend
