International text messaging is included when selecting any unlimited text plans with any coverage.

It is becoming industry standard to have sms as international and free (ie pricing built in); it cost less than a hundredth of a cent to send a sms.

May be but it is not yet, at least not on the Rogers business plan I am, as ridicoulus as it is, we share 16go, can call Canada and USA unlimited, but are charged for sent AND RECEIVED usa texts...5 -
I'm with Telus and I'm being charged when sending sms outside of Canada while my friends with Fido and Virgin can do it freely5

Just tested and it works, and I got an answer back so both ways, and I have the quebec only plan.
I don't see any charges on my account.7 -
