When you activate your SIM card with Fizz, you should have the option of either 1) transferring your old number or 2) choosing a new one. Its all in the activation process!

You should not publish your Imei or account number here! Keep it secured !! Have you update your APN?
If you can send text, it means that your line is now connect to fizz. Try update your network setting as described here:

You can change your phone number under Manage Plan3
