I'm getting service not activated on network when trying to send mms.

In my case I just solved my particular problem by turning off LTE and enabling 4g for a few seconds, then turning LTE back on. Mms are now sending correctly.

I am getting the same issue. Incoming texts work. Calls both way works. Hope they fix this soon.

Same here cannot sent any sms or mms.. worked all day long except from now

I response to Daniel L., I also get "service not activated" when trying to send MMS. As for receiving MMS, I get the following error message (via SMS from Anonymous) : "Mretreiveconf Service Denied Error text0".
But SMS works fine.

It is a dual SIM phone, but my son has the same issue on a single SIM phone. This looks like an outage, again.

@J G, turn off LTE, wait 3-4 seconds then turn LTE on again. Then try sending mms again.
