Would be nice to hear from Fizz about this. Seems like a bug. The only thing that I can think of is that it uses the full quantity of what was first used, before then going to the blue arrow. (Not sure if I properly communicated what I wanted to convey there). I'll do a test to see if that's the case and report back.

I had a perk that was expiring in a day or something, and I activated it and it was supposed to be active for 30 days, but even after I had activated it it still said 1 day. It was only after I closed that page, went back did it change to 30 days.

The only thing I can think of is maybe your 3G (HSPA) reception is not good, compared to your LTE coverage. The phone needs to switch from LTE to HSPA or UMDA when you make or receive a call. When you make a call, how long does it take before it starts ringing? Do you need to wait a while? Why don't you switch to 3G…

Thanks for the reply. I ended up fixing it. I did have a VPN acting as a DNS filter. I put the vvm app on the whitelist, disabled the VPN temporarily, and then it worked, and has worked ever since (with the VPN on). Thanks for the suggestion!
