  • I confirmed with Videotron, they said It will remain like that. Only downside is that you every have disconnect that mac address for more than 24 hours, Public IP will get disassociate from that mac address.

  • Well, there is one way, and it only works one way; also, It does working on android. If you get the APN changed the Videotron, You can send emails from the texting app on your phone. But cannot receive it.

  • I was with videotron, and they would assign ip by Mac address, so as long as you have that same Mac address on router, the ip would stay the same.
