  • I redo the request and now it is working
  • It is resolved now. Thanks everyone For reference: the first activation I choose Account number, but Fizz shows that there is an error, so I gave IMEI instead, which passed. 1 hour later I received an email from Fizz saying the IMEI was invalid, so I redid the request using account number again and this time it worked.
