I waited for 3 hours then finally got through to support. Oof! After some back and forth (and sending me links to pages on the website I've read through multiple times) , they told me that were not able to get me the information and wouldn't open a ticket because it wasn't a technical issue. 😥

For some reason the website support doesn't even have a "you are XXXX in the queue" so I have no idea if I am wasting my time. Super disappointed in Fizz's support and most likely won't be moving my other two numbers over to it. 😕

I've tried contacting support (via website chat and Facebook Messenger). Been waiting over 30 minutes for any response that isn't a bot. I suppose the lacklustre support is why Fizz is so cheap. 😐️
