No I have band steering turned off, and I try to manually select the 5 ghz band. it will connect, and then disconnect because it says the internet connection is unstable. I googled information about it and I think it is an issue with the phone. I guess I am stuck with the 2.4 ghz band until I get a new phone :D

Same thing happened to me.. you need to contact them via chat. They will do a reset on their end. Took a couple of days for me.

Contact them via chat. I had the same thing happen to me. They credited my account within a few days with the missing discount and the next month's bill was the correct price!

I would love to give away my data, but I'm not about to sign up for a cellular service I don't need, especially when money is already tight. Sorry.

Hard wired connection is always the best. I have a 60mbps connection, and a PS4 connected with wi-fi. It usually never gets that high. 30, 40 mbps max. Lots of interference, I guess... or I microwave popcorn whilst gaming too much..

I signed up at the end of April. Haven't had any issues whatsoever. I really appreciated the reduction in price for my plan, too. I'm getting incentives for mobile data, but I suspect that is to motivate me into getting a cell phone plan with them. I'm already with Videotron, so they are getting my money either way.

Shoot me a pm, I've got 500mb for mobile data and I don't even have cellular service with them. You can have it.
