I am a beta tester. I still have a data plan, I changed mine (before the Nov 21 email) from 8GB to 1GB and my data was NOT rolled over. I submitted a complaint. No answer from Fizz yet.

P.S. Fizz sent me an automated email with my contract given today, December 9, 2018 is the start of my billing cycle when the new plan is supposed to take effect. Tried restarting my phone, still same problem. I haven't changed my settings - it worked just fine the day yesterday morning and every day before then, so why would I need to change my settings?

Actually I have a OnePlus and the default for Google Chrome and Google Maps seemed to be "datausage disabled" on. The default for WhatsApp was "datausage disabled" off. I didn't know that means "do not use mobile data for this app". since the default was not the same for every app, it explains why only my WhatsApp was…
