I am saving 10 bucks on my plan with fizz so its not big discount by any means. I keep asking myself is it worth to save that much for such bad service. I am sure most of us will answer a NO.

my concern is that "90 days" that shows up in the usage stats. It should ideally be 30 days and i get 500mb each month like that. I would presume its a bug on their website like others alluded to.

so it renews every 90 days but good for 2 years? I would have thought the 500 mb upgrade (from level2) will be applied every month.

the sim cards are irrelevant in that sense. I can ship you a sim card that you can activate with your account and it would work just fine. You can get the chat box via unsubscribe option. Dont unsubscribe but just clikc on it and you will get the popup.

no promotion. You can create two accounts separately to get $25 each for referral. But thats it.

yes, you will be charged extra as those are two distinct plans/lines that you are opting for. You might wanna chat with them and see your options however.

re: "Btw, I really need Wifi-calling and visual voicemail." Dont expect this to be resolved by FIZZ anytime soon. I believe the sms fix took them 6 weeks since launching beta. So considering that, dont bank on a quick resolution.

it works on my 11.x.x. No issues. Same thing cant update to ios 12 as office apps are not upgraded yet.

it can take upto a few days to get that activated. Try restarting your phone.

Try incognito mode in chrome. It worked like a charm for me. Whereas normal browser wasnt.

I ordered 2. Both were said to be delivered. I never got 1, the other one I got after 2 days. Chatted with an agent to get the refund for the sim that wasnt delivered.

it took me a week to sort out my porting issues. Its frustrating. But you can chat with them. There are threads here to get to the chat bubble. But its a LONG wait. https://community.fizz.ca/questions/1815668-getting-bubble-chat-time

I just got an email (more than 2 hours later) that the SIM was delivered but I haven't received it yet.
