@Oindo, that's what i thought too!!!! but if you check the 2 pic of my post, the representative said the new discount will void the intro price :((((( they are not going to honor their promise that got so many of us to give up our old plans and come here!!

I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING!!! the problems still persist!!! the good thing is I got a reply from fizz as a follow up of my ticket, they said the problem has been fixed, but IT IS NOT :(

mine says 4G, but seems very unstable. Like one moment I can go on facebook or open webpages with no problem, then another moment I can´t even send an email or open a page. anyone knows how to fix it? Thanks!

@Whizz if I click on 'my plan' or 'see usage', all i see is the lightening sign and a circle that goes round and round, and never actually loads anything! Hey, Thanks for the advice, I tried turning off ad blocker and using a different browser, I even tried loading the page on my phone with data (to rule out the factor that maybe my wifi is bad). Account still not loading :(

Nothing! my phone shows videotron instead of fizz for who knows why, but it there is no network connection at all. CANT DO ANYTHING! no data, no call, no text!
