Agreed. Not worth saving $5-10/m if it means having the network down one day a week.

TD bank has been working fine for a month or so now.

Yikes. They keep telling me several weeks every week now for the past few months. I inquired about a credit for the users but they said since they officially made the issue an announcement they won’t be giving any credits (that makes no since Fizz)

Well they seem to have made things even worse... the few sites that were working have stopped working for me. Come on Fizz... 4 months and still no improvements? I sure hope you plan on compensating the non-beta price customers for this.

I’m happy to see they reopened this thread as the only place that seems to work reliably is Uber. The original post said fully functional in the coming weeks and that was almost 4 months ago now. Countless times they have messaged me closing my ticket saying TD Bank now works but it still doesn’t.

TD and Scotiabank does NOT work... so no, not all banks work.

All good points. Would be great to have a list posted of what they claim to be working and what’s still being worked on. Marking their own vague response as the best answer in order to close the thread seems like poor customer support.

Was able to get a 4 digit sms code from Blueline today... not sure if that worked before.

Just got an email from Fizz saying this issue is now fixed and to test it but it STILL DOESN’T WORK!!!

Pushing 3 months now... Couldn’t verify my Amazon account yesterday while on the phone with them so now it’s messing up my order. The lack of progress updates and constantly closing my tickets saying the issue is now resolved makes me want to switch back to my previous carrier.

It’s still broken. According to my data usage, I haven’t used any data this month and I’m 3 weeks in. I stream music around 5-6 hours a day usually and it shows that on my phone cellular usage screen (iPhone).

Am pretty sure ALL of us TD users are having issues receiving 2FA texts from TD... not just some.

I had 11.9GB left and only got 0.18GB rolled over so don’t feel bad! I hope they fix that issue before I get near the end of this month’s data usage.

I think you may be correct! Got another update from them this morning... "the LTE service is still under repair" and then they give me a link which doesn't even work.
