I left Fizz... so I gave away all my data. An unnamed blue company offered me a really good deal as part of a bundle. They sucked though and I only lasted a few months until I came back to Fizz. I feel shame.

Try clearing the cache or restarting your phone's web browser. Restarting your phone might be the easiest way.

Well the first idea won't do it because I still won't know which one worked. However the second idea of using another card should work. Thank you for answering my question and not closing it so I can close it myself. Appreciated.

When will tech companies get it that consumers can be understanding when there are technical issues, and what we really want is communication! I have no problem with it taking a little time to iron things out, but keep us updated regularly!!
