I guess you have a Verizon phone (probably VN220) the only way I could reach voicemail is by using a long distance provider (like dialnow etc) so you dial your long distance access number and the 5146470999. I then created a speed dial like this 5149078538,15146470999 let us know

@Daniel to get this fixed go ahead and and contact them through chat bubble or contact form, the only way to get them to fix this is enough complaints!

Videotron also doesn't support email to SMS gateway so we can assume Fizz will also not, maybe complaints will help! see here

I have this too when my sim is in a dumb-phone but works when in smartphone, maybe its related to FizzEXT? on the dumb-phone forwarding didn't help. Maybe we can identify the issue, what phone/network do you have?
