Hi, I bought the sim card and chose the plan I wanted, chose my number, and just paid with a credit card at checkout. All you need is a valid credit card, so don't worry.

I think that they should receive the 5 points, since they are being given it by each different fizz member.

I think it was a big jump, not like an extra 2 bucks but an extra 8 bucks, I think it should go up gradually not a giant leap. It loses incentive to stay on. Like maybe if it went up by 3 bucks would've made more sense, just my opinion.
