My spouse ordered a new phone last week. Usually they give you a range for when it will arrive. For us it was 2-5 business days and we got it on the 3rd business day.

I was with rogers for a decade and I couldn’t get a hold of anybody on their service line for at least an hour anytime I called anyways. I’ve been able to do everything I need to through the fizz website and they really have competitive prices for the BYOD user. All the perks and rollovers are just icing on the cake.…
