Not necessarily, just have Bell switch their current SIM card to an eSIM and then you should be able to add your Fizz SIM card into your work phone.

Hi, unfortunately, the eSIM technology with Apple supported phones does not work with Fizz. You will need to use the physical SIM card for the Fizz account. Although, you may be able to ask Bell to provide you the eSIM instead. The iPhone 11 allows one physical SIM along with an eSIM. Good luck!

I asked that same question recently, it would come very handy when you are at the cottage and have Wifi but no cell phone service. If we already have unlimited calling, I think this feature should be included. Fingers crossed!

It's a very busy time of the year in Quebec. If you already have cable internet from another cable ISP company, you may be able to do the installation yourself.

It doesn't look like they will, I've been waiting for the same option as it can come in very handy when you're away at the cabin. You can use a third party app if needed like WhatsApp, FB messenger etc...

I just saw it as well today and came here to see if anyone else noticed. It's been just a week that I'm on the 60mb. I might switch!

Ours started working last night but we still couldn't receive texts. It's working now, MMS and all. South shore - Montreal.

Hi Daniel, I got it working!! I used the Videotron instructions for Windows phone but with FIZZ parameters. I've attached screenshots of the settings. First image is the Internet APN Settings. The next two images are the MMS APN settings. Enjoy :)

I just realized that I mistakenly wrote Perk instead of Upgrade. My 500MB Perk is active and working, but I can't add the Level 1 250MB upgrade. Not sure if it's just a refresh issue or it's limited to Data plans only, there is no error message. Thanks to all those that have answered.

I got it to work! I can finally send and receive picture MMS messages on a Windows phone :) After comparing my previous carriers settings, I noticed that some settings are not needed. Basically I entered only the APN, Proxy and MMSC URL and left out the ports. Set Sign-in type to None and IP type to IPv4 and voila!! Check…

Hi, any updates on this? Has anybody successfuly added APN settings on a Windows phone and received/sent MMS messages?
-
Understood, still trying to figure this out. So you are basically selecting a long distance plan and not a roaming service, it's really not clear. With the Province plan: What if I'm in another province, can I call back home or will calls be limited to the province I'm in?
-
Yes, received it at 14h55 on Samsung A5
-
I think you can call anywhere in Canada from your home location if you select Province. The limitation is if you go outside your province at which point you must select the Canada option to make a call from another province.
