  • You don't need to call to cancel your plan, as your number has already been ported. However, if there is a balance on your phone with your previous carrier, you will be charged the balance of the phone on your last bill.

  • My friend has a problem with her mobile data as well. I just checked on downdetector.ca, and see that there are 4 reports with Videotron mobile network. Am I checking the correct company? I didn't see Fizz there, so I just checked Videotron, I assume that it's the same network after all.
