If by any chance you are not at home when the tech arrives, you’ll get a phone call from him. In my case that’s what happened, I asked him to wait 5 minutes for me to get home.

There doesn’t seem to be an issue on that particular day. Contact your internet service provider and have them check your minutes used for that day. If everything checks out then go to Fizz’s main page at the top towards the right click on help then contact us. It’ll explain how to get in touch with customer service.

It used to happen to me as well, however, in the last 3 weeks I've had no dropped calls. I'm sure it had to do with the stabilization period.I do, however, at times have some reception issues indoors but I suppose it can be related to AWS signal it doesn't penetrate buildings as well as GSM especially in basements.

There isn’t a function on the provided modem/router to do so.

When you received your modem did the technician (from Videotron or authorized service) test your cable signal. They perform the test to see signal strength and stability. If not, contact Fizz to see if a tech can be sent to your home.

In my case I have close to 1900 sq ft and I have no problems with coverage. If you have a 2 level house the modem would be best placed on the top floor. If not, try placing it as high as possible away from concrete walls and electrical appliances such as a microwave.

You should contact customer service, I’ve had my voicemail at full a few times with 10 saved messages.

I have both services, each charged on a different day because I subscribed on different days. I have the 60 MPs plan (cable) I’ve had no issues with their modem and am very satisfied with their service, I am getting the advertised speeds. As for the cellular service, Fizz is in a stabilization period, however it has become…

It’s working for me, however it seems to take a few seconds longer to log on compare to other sites.

Fizz uses the Videotron network, it’s very stable. Have had no issues, it has been very stable so far.

So far all is normal too

After going into contacts certain calls will just not connect even though the message shows "calling" usually hanging up and redialing will solve the issue.
