Hi Dgjf, I've seen all three phones there a while now, i.e the Pixel 4a, 4a 5g, and 5. I was debating to get the 4a 5g and it's now not there anymore...

That is true, I haven't seen any other Motorola phones there since the Fizz store opened. They seem to be heavy on Samsung and Iphones.

Ed V, you'd be a good tech writer. You transformed what I was saying into half the lines. lol..

Hao, the wording seems to imply that if you signed up before April 12, you can still change plans during the stabilization period upto one month before the end of stabilization period, and you'll keep the intro price of the last plan you had. After the stabilization period, if you change plans it will switch to regular…

Glad to see that Fizz are going to honor what they said before about intro prices and still give some time for people to sign up for great prices! Great job Fizz! Next time don't scare us like that...

Chris Payne, according to the contract they must inform us at least 30 days before changing the agreement. I actually never read my contract with Koodo before. It maybe had something similar; who knows. Regardless, Koodo never changed my price and when there was a better price I was always able to to get the newer better…

Chris Payne, that is not what the Fizz representatives are saying in chat with members. They are saying that everyone will switch to regular prices after. In fact, what really matters is the contract. Read section 15.3 in the pdf contract They can change the price whenever they want.

I feel really stupid now having switched myself and a total of 5 other people. For me, what sold me was the USA plan. I already had a great price with Koodo for 34$ for 2G data, unlimited text and picture messaging, unlimited calls, voicemail, Canada wide. I was getting USA for the same price of 34$ with Fizz. According to…

I too chatted with a representaive and he couldn't give me an answer as to whether I would keep my intro pricing once the extra 10% off was done. When you read it, it means we'll lose our intro pricing. Plain and simple. I have to say this really sucks!
-
People! What you think is not necessarily the truth. It's written in plain english. Regular prices after that. No reason to believe otherwise. In addition, I just chatted with a representative and so did soemone else and in one case they said the intro prices will end for everyone and in my conversation they didn't have…

I too spoke with a representative and he couldn't say either way. Really sucks! Hello Francesco. Marius Daniel 20:06 hi Francesco De Luca 20:06 How may I help you? Marius Daniel 20:06 I'm a little concerned with the new wording regarding the intro pricing that has been changed. Francesco De Luca 20:07 The ultimate question…

I have to agree that it is very unclear. People should not be stating that they will be keeping their introductory prices unless they have actually spoken to a Fizz representative. In another thread, someone did and it seems that the price will change to the regular price! In addition, the whole commitment that Fizz made…

I am having texts come in from this morning...
-
phone calls, outgoing and incoming working, but not texts for me as well
-
I have service as well as of 30 minutes ago and 4 other accounts too. All in Montreal area...
-
Then we should be paying Beta prices!. Introductory prices are not that much cheaper than Public mobile or Koodo.

Google verification not working. CIBC verification not working. This is extremely annoying!

I've set up a few phones and sometimes i got the notifications and sometimes I did not. I think the trick to be able to get the notifications is to restart the phone. If you get the ERROR, it's because FIzz never sent the notification. Once they send it, then the resend works. In the phone I just set up now, I did not get…
