I made changes last month but was cancelled because there was a technical issue from Fizz side, so i have requested another change before the 17th that should take effect Nov 6, I hope it will go throw this time. I didn't receive a conformation by email this time which is weared.

If you just transferred your number, it might take up to 2 hours for the the process to be completed.

I was paying 36$ last month, with the changes it should be 41$, but i guess i will wait for my bank to really know how much they charge me. Because over the past 5 months i was overcharged every month and had to ask for a refund every time. I don't think the stabilization period should end, there is still alot to iron out.

At this time only data roaming add-on can be added to your account. You can add money to your wallet to use the text message pay per use while roaming.

I had this happen to me only twice over my 12 months with fizz.

Try buying add-on minutes credit.

I had an issue when i first subscribed to Fizz beta, i was suppose to get unlimited but the system didn't do it, so i had to buy the add-on for the first month. I don't make calls often but let me tell you these minutes run out fast. My recommendation use your sim for data and get VoIP for phone calls.

I am glade i stuck with fizz since beta. It definitely paid off. I pay 41$ per month Can+US and 8gb that transfers forward. For the same price with other providers you get only 2GB Canada only coverage.
