Fist make sure that roaming is enabled then make sure that the APN is correct. You can also try to manually connect to different networks. Hope this helps.

You go to settings, account, outgoing caller id. Make sure to have Hangouts dialer installed. it is still available in Canada

Same here all of them are gone.

I texted my friend overseas and he was able to get my text. I have 5$ in my wallet, after sending the text that amount didn't change. Conclusion: Eather the wallet counter doesn't work, or International texting is included in the unlimited plan. We have to wait for Fizz to update the website for a definitive answer.
