I had the same issue. It happens when your wallet has no more money (or less money than the cost of action) and your action (sending) need to be paid; for ex. you don't have text on your plan and try to send text (same if you have no voice, but receive a voicecall).

Elena gave you the good answer. There is 0.05*1.15=0.0575 ~ 0.06. They have to be deducted from your ballance, fees with tax included, so when you arrive at 0$, all taxes to be already payed.

Can you use any DATA?

You can't track the phone based on IMEI. As jvh_NVPF2 said, you can report it lost, and the IMEI will be blocked on all mobile providers in N.A.

You have to be active too, not only logging. If you log in the forum and just read, you will have no points.

I forget to tell that is not so important to get Apprentice or other nickname, than your Fizz level you have. Remember you need more points (so more active on forum and more $ spent on Fizz Plans). This is what will give you more rewards. Hope it help.

To pass from Fizz level 1 to Fizz level 3 and unlock the 2nd case, it help if you get more points. And you have more points answering to questions, also you have points for each dollar spent on Fizz. So it's a combination.

Q1. There is no difference of using btw. add-on data and plan data (except how fast you can benefit of it). But neither can be used outside of area. You need "travel add-on data" whitch is of a different price, and can be used only on certain location - there for it was bought it. I wait for an answer to Q2 (if anyone...)
