I am in level 2. So, I should remove the old one first and then add new one.

I did two weeks before my billing day. After applied ( even today ), no pending showing up: still one in grey (used) and one available.

I am asking this question is because I saw "one month free" when I was signing up my internet plan ( Nov 27, 2023). However, I didn't not take any screen shot and no record now. Cannot recall what I saw on that page now.
