hahaha... too funny.... My only suggestion is to get VoIP number (probably better in CAN) and setup call forwarding from your Fizz to VoIP.

They aren't low any more. Prices are on par with other providers where everything is working :)

Like people mentioned above, i think it only operates on B4 right now. I've tried to switch before without any luck.

@Fizzy where did you get that info? I've checked our agreement and I don't see anything about it. If my plan would be terminated - one would simply take my time to sue them.

Thanks for sharing. I had issues where they would take money from my wallet for US roaming when I have Canada+USA plan. Took couple weeks of messages, but they had refunded it.

They had to "pay out" too much money :D some people got years of free service.

I had the same issue, but once i was able to order, they never sent it, because i ordered too many :/

A bit of ranting: Be careful, don't order more than 1 SIM card at a time. Since they will charge you and won't ship it. They will blame an internal system error and will ask for your full bank statements, like they don't have access to their own processing.

Well... i think that's a wrong move. Personally i was only staying because of a low beta price. If you remove beta price while having so many issues, It's a no brainer, that people will go back, to Fido for example. Never had any issues with them. With Fizz, i got my money taken from my wallet without reason (reimbursed).…

Oh dahh..... i'm NOT gonna go create a facebook account to talk to support. So "not smart".... there is a reason people stay away from facebook. After 14-16h outage there should be a reason to stay away from fizz.

I got my money refunded. Won't be keeping any money in the wallet for now.

So right now, ~24$ are gone from my wallet but they refunded 10$. 14$ are still MIA. I've figured those charges happen whenever I travel to USA. (I have USA+Canada coverage) Still don't see any transactions in my wallet, except a 10$ refund.

And it continues... So I added more money, just to be able to use Pay as You go (I have unlimited Can + US plan, but need to have an option to call internationally). And.... I got a message that my wallet is empty, so 2nd payment just went to 0... <3 Fizz (NOT)

I've got VoIP number for sms and calls. Only using Fizz for internet. So tired of all those sms issues....
